Legal Politics of Environmental Licensing Governance After Job Creation Law

The validation of the Job Creation Law in Indonesia brought many fundamental changes economic policy, including environmental licensing. It is because a legal political that more directed to ease doing business and investing compared conservation, by changing terminology licensing approval. This paper aims analyze politics governance after Act. results this study indicated there are which had implications for system. So, mapping needed regarding concept findings ideal based on 1945 Constitution Republic Indonesia.
